In this program, we will: Compare Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation to Success Case Method (SCM) Learn the basic methodology of conducting an evaluation using SCM Learn to use the tools of SCM to design an evaluation program Discuss how participants currently measure, what's working, what's not working, where SCM might be a useful tool Join us for this interactive and fun session!
