When you change the way you see yourself, you can change anything. Small shifts in thinking lead to big rewards-that's the lesson in Asset-Based Thinking. The power of ABT can change the way you perceive yourself and your ability to change the world around you. By transforming the way you see your own power, your influence grows exponentially, and your personal impact intensifies dramatically.

We can improve our everyday lives and actually direct and shape the futures we desire.

Kathy Cramer will show us how!

Presenter: Kathy Cramer

Kathy Cramer is the founder of the Cramer Institute. Her latest book is Change the Way You See Yourself Through Asset-Based Thinking. Under Kathy's leadership, organizations such as Monsanto, DuPont, Microsoft, MasterCard and others have adopted ABT for developing their leaders as well as managing change.
